Redeye flights and proper sleep

We have never been fans of "red-eye" flights but we do it. Kyra doesn't mind, she enjoys the entire flying process (thank goodness).

During my last "red-eye" flight to Miami with Linda, we couldn't help to wonder how we were going to fall asleep and rest so we could live it up in Miami.

We were in mid when a nice flight attendant handed Linda and I satin blindfolds. We put them on thinking "sure why not" it had never occurred to us but we were fast asleep and woke up very rested. Who knew?

We're now getting ready for another "red-eye" experience, yippee. So I have been on a hunt for cute Blindfolds to wear and found the most darling blindfolds with a ton of personality from Lovely Art on Etsy.

I sadly looked too late since this wonderful artist who makes them by hand lives in Spain, there's no way I'd get them by Saturday. For now I'm hoping to find some at Claire's. Wish me luck!!!
